At the age of 12 years Klaus-Philipp Eichert started horseback riding. With 13 years he already trained horses of his parents studfarm. He performed at his first successful S-Class shows at the age of 17.
The horses bred by his parents were his first sportpartners. At the age of 18 he started successfully at the championships of the young riders. With the mare Ellwangerin – trained by himself – he was able to collect a lot of cups and ribbons up to S-class competitions.
Klaus-Philipp made acommercial apprenticeship and started the college for “Pferdewirt/Bereiter” (professional horsetrainer) in the year 2003 under Karl-Heinz Streng (former national coach BW). 2006 he finished this schooling in Warendorf.
Until today it’s his passion to find good young talented horses, to train them carefully and prepare them for a healthy, successfull sportscareer.
You find him regularily in the shows for young horses and youngster competitions up to class S.
In 2009 Klaus-Philipp and his father Nikolaus Eichert set up the new riding barn Eichert, Hornbergstr. 89, 73479 Ellwangen-Eigenzell. Here you find the best environment and conditions to train horses and riders.
Klaus-Philipp always listens to the questions and problems of breeders and riders, and helps them to find the best solution. So a lot of horsepeople could benefit from the experience of the breeder and rider-family Eichert.
His motto: “Try to empathize with your horse and communicate with the animal!”
